Recruitment Administrator - SS0144

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the HR team at Devon Doctors for a Recruitment Administrator based at our Exeter Head Office, Osprey House. This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week and attracting a salary of up to £20,932.00 per annum.

The HR team is a key function of the Organisation and this is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, hard-working and fast paced team within the Recruitment department.

The primary focus of your role will be looking after all aspects of the recruitment process, from preparing and placing adverts to organising interviews, liaising with Recruiting Managers and candidates through to on boarding. You will oversee a number of vacancies and new starters at any one time and ensure that all necessary pre-employment checks are completed to the required standard and in a timely manner. This will include issuing of conditional and substantive offer letters alongside preparing terms and conditions of employment. You will also be required to support in the coordination and participation of inductions, assessments and interviews alongside representing Devon Doctors at various recruitment events.

Whilst you will mainly work within recruitment, you will have insight into the wider HR function and will be required to provide support as necessary.

Applicants should have English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above and a good level of administrative experience.
