SS0129 - Corporate Services Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to join Devon Doctors Ltd., within the Corporate Services Team.
We have an opening for a full time position, based at Osprey House in Exeter, providing high quality support to the Corporate Services and Information Governance Manager, assisting with the company’s projects and information governance compliance. As Corporate Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for Information Governance queries within the company. You will provide Data Protection advice and assistance to your colleagues and be responsible for managing information requests in accordance with data protection legislation.
You will also support the Corporate Services Team by providing general administrative assistance to the maintenance and compliance of the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will be working closely with our stakeholders and expected to build and maintain positive relationships. You should have experience working in a fast paced environment and must have proven administrative and project support skills and be committed to providing a quality support service, working with a high degree of professionalism and be capable of managing a very diverse workload working to tight deadlines.
The Ideal candidate will have experience of data protection, information governance and records management and a positive attitude towards developing knowledge and skills in these areas. This position could suit somebody with a law degree or equivalent as this role requires up-to-date knowledge of data protection and information governance legislation, however, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
